The 14th Amendment is clear:

*All persons* born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.

In other words, Trump's executive order is blatantly unconstitutional.

I got this for commenting on the video where Donald Trump thanked Elon for using his knowledge of vote counting computers to help him win Pennsylvania during the 2024 election.

There's no way in hell that executive order will hold up in the courts, even as corrupt as they are. Birthright citizenship is clearly stated in the 14th amendment, and there'd need to be a 3/4 majority of states + 2/3 members of congress who agree to ratify the constitution (which won't happen).

Tiktok was banned because:

A. Tech Oligarchs hated the competition

B. Our government did not like the freedom and movement of information that was taking place without their control
