I first realised I had ADHD in 2019. I was just starting to get somewhere in therapy in Spring 2020. By the time I got out of survival mode waiting lists for assessment had gone from 6 months to 6 years. Got my (private urgh) assessment next Month but I think we all know what it is going to say...
