This is my "modern take" on a traditional harvest painting - you know the ones with a basket of fruits. Yes, it's an organ harvest, sorry. Flayed skin, two brains, a liver, intestines, and eyeballs all spilling out from a blue plastic shopping basket. With appropriate plastic sheeting in the background. This is the best answer! I hate the dentist (bad experiences as a kid), so I'm always upfront and tell any new one that I see. A GOOD dentist will listen, understand, and help you through. If it's severe, some specialists work with people who have higher care needs but you'd need a referral.

People label their umbrellas as haunted or cursed to try to stop people stealing them - it might be handy to know if you're taking the wrong one, I guess!
