why am I in front of a court? who is the judge and how were they appointed?
if I was in that situation I would base my arguments on the principle of universal human rights
because that serves everyone

who do you think is editing them?
we don't have all the names, and it wasn't the only network
the beneficiaries of this system have been trying to establish ownership and control of the entire world for centuries now
but humanity persists regardless
it is bigger and older and stronger than them
that's why it scares them
some of the predictions I see are I think coming from being educated in a liberal view of history where nobody anywhere was capable of questioning authority until wealthy white men became Enlightened and Civilised and claimed Liberty
and fearing a return to that 'uncivilised' state
the claim of objective neutrality is actually an attempt to establish absolute authority over political ideology
16.02.2026 14:07 β π 14 π 2 π¬ 0 π 0it made me think of the Gilmore Girls but I'm nowhere near that world lol
17.02.2026 20:31 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0it is an inevitable product of the ontological split between Proper People who deserve (already have) rights and all the Other humans who don't
17.02.2026 20:27 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0the conditions for entry to the enlightened elite are narrowing because the absolute right to power and control that membership promises never actually gets delivered
not because people didn't manage to come up with a good argument for their own existence
No need I can just give you a link
Hardly any young people support reform

I responded with evidence beyond just personal experience but you ignored it.
17.02.2026 20:01 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0my motives had nothing to do with your emotions
they're only really important to you
sorry
yes
I'm not talking about what they should be
I'd get in trouble if I said that
it's better to equate them with aristocrats
because they were treated as if they were above the law
divine rights didn't go away they just got rebranded as 'the natural order'
it helps to assume that nobody thinks refusing to vote is a magic bullet that fixes everything overnight
because that would be ridiculous and silly
Fascism isn't a disease. Fascism isn't a disability. Fascism isn't a lack of education. Fascism isn't foreign.
Fascism is a defence of established power and privilege through the dehumanisation of anyone that challenges it.
your response is based on assuming I am denying the existence of material reality and making an impossible demand for total perfection
none of those things are true
and they came from you
not from me
you seem to think people have a responsibility to consent to this system no matter what it does
but that's only important if you think it's a good system
'back in the 18/19th century academics thought everything was simple and fitted into neat tidy boxes but eventually scientists started figuring out that everything is actually a lot more complicated and messy than it looks on the surface'
nobody I've spoken to has taken issue with things like that
I do a lot of volunteer work in community gardens and the scientific complexity of sex actually comes up quite a lot in that context cos plants are fucking weird. And most people don't really struggle with it.
17.02.2026 17:38 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0catering your language to bad faith actors just means you're accepting their arguments
it does not have to be equated with Jewish
that is not a common factor between the people involved
that is not relevant
yeah that is really odd
I don't even know what grade consciousness would be
the concept of the singular rational we is only really useful for those who need there to be a higher form of authority outside of/above humanity that cannot be questioned or criticised
17.02.2026 17:04 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0it isn't your fault
it's impossible to be perfect enough to satisfy the demands of absolutism
it's all very US centric as well
it doesn't seem to even mention the possibility of self determination of gender identity as a universal human right, rather than a qualified civil right
yeah
it feels like an assumption that it only exists as a strategy to try and get approval from the Proper Authorities, and that if that doesn't work it must be wrong
rather than it being a way for people to understand themselves personally
Chronic pain is disability. So to everybody out there in pain all the time, you're disabled. I know we keep our chronic pain to ourselves because no one wants to hear about it & do our best to manage. But if it affects your day to day functionality, you're a disabled person.

17.02.2026 15:26 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0maga people don't say they're the same
they say democrats are far left communists
the general claim that older people are more likely to be radicalised to the right is based on a significant level of statistical evidence
it is not the same thing as saying that all older people are far right
