2) Resident Evil: Revelations (3DS). I had thought for the longest time that this game was overrated and not very good. I had been playing the console/PC port, which to my (lack of) surprise is a bad version of the game. It’s pretty good in its original incarnation! Not without gripes, but fun.

1) Honkai Impact 3rd Part 2: Chapter 11. Youyun is so precious, I love her. All of her expressions, and the really emotional story told with her, it's great. Another banger chapter.

Yeah. Corporate tried to “relaunch” the game for its 7th anniversary and appeal to fans of their other games and it backfired. Scared off old players and failed to really bring in the monumental scale of newcomers they wanted. Thankfully things are looking up for the quality of the story.

They genuinely deleted the corporate mandated male avatar option with this. It was funny as hell. Also had the bonus of letting the avatar character actually become a character with their own storyline and start appearing in cutscenes after this.

I still think about this thinly-veiled developer note a lot.

Well that's already a ton more interaction that I've gotten on the hellsite in the last few months. I guess I'll be around more often!

I haven't drawn him in like 6 years. Last time was a joke. We didn't have the best reference material of his outfit at the time (pre-DMC5 release).

I bit the bullet and clicked on this video and it’s mostly just going over what the Japanese version is like for an English audience, and touching on some slight translation differences and errors. It’s super nitpicky(non-derogatory) but it’s an overview of the entire game.
