Oh! ive done doll work as a hobby & a thing that helps with that is like soaking the hair in a water + dawn/dish soap or fabric softener bath & then brushing it out gently. MGA dolls tend to be pretty excessive with the glue so it might take a bit of massaging or repeat soaking but it does come out
