Most AI governance frameworks focus on bias, explainability, and technical controls. Almost none focus on the humans who will actually use these systems.

I've seen this pattern across web development, databases, software development, and my last 10 years in cybersecurity. Now I'm watching AI implementations make the exact same mistakes.

Oh, that is a fantastic point! If it could be basically its own engineer and then you just have a product manager overseeing it, that could easily justify it.

$200/mo. is steep. It would have to be a whooole lot better than o1 currently is...but if it still can't beat Claude at writing, it's likely gonna be a hard pass from me.

This is where I start a conspiracy theory about tech firms trying to get all of us to move our data to unstructured data lakes so AI can train on it more easily. 😁
