We have had scarlet tiger moths living their lives in our front garden, very chuffed, nobody will ever get me to weed the front garden again, it's a nature reserve now :D

Probably the latter, my knee didn't decide it was done with my BS until about 4 days after my last round of heavy lifting then it decided it was time to give me a good stabbing when I gently bent it. Soft tissue damage can take a bit to manifest.

Unreal and Unity have lots of free stuff to get you started on their stores as well, so you can get going straight away if you don't want to have to learn blender immediately.
Not sure about Godot but, probably.

Enjoy the process, don't worry about cash initially. The perpetual work grind can wait.

HOWEVER learning SFW art, youtube, Proko is excellent. Use references, line of action is a great website.

But if you're learning art to fund game dev, maybe just, learn game dev, same resources are available for game dev on youtube.

Err so I'm reading this as you're under 18. I'd suggest just, chill, enjoy your childhood the best you can! Lots of money taking options also don't allow minors to use it.

You don't need lots of money for game development, at most you need a PC that can run say, unity. Everything else is free.

What bugs me about AI isn't the speed or quality, that WILL get better, but it's making people lack skill and innovation.
AI will likely give you a working answer, it wont give you a new or creative answer that has never been seen before.
It only knows what has already been done before.

Had to say goodbye to this sweet lady, felt like she was invincible how old she got despite all the times we thought we were about to lose her but turns out she wasn't. We're all heartbroken here, going to miss her a lot, sassy old gal.

Hmm, low poly sting of pearls is tricky, it IS low poly for what it is, but its also very heavy if you want a nice full pot.
It is what it is, maybe I'll have to put a warning on this one to suggest people beware that it might get a bit heavy if they do lots XD

Don't think I have favourites! Currently reading "a natural history of dragons", but anything can set me off, even guides!
Hobbies wise, outdoor adventures, foraging, most arts and crafts.
I'd love to be good at keeping plants(I'm not 😅), that's some inspiration for our game!

More often than not its sparked off by something I read, see, or do, a hobby I want to start but can't physically or a picture etc. Then my brain just does its thing and comes up with a bunch of ideas. My brain holds me hostage until I write the thoughts down. 😁
