A constitutional obligation they've been shirking since January 20th. Since January 6th, when you consider that they refused to enforce the 14th Amendment and installed him in the White House despite him clearly being an insurrectionist.

So when I say "they" I mean Democrats as well as Republicans.

It's not a question of politics or party. Congress has a constitutional obligation to impeach and to remove a president who commits high crimes and misdemeanors and forsakes his solemn oath.

And there has never been a president who has committed as many impeachable offenses than this one.
