It appears that Elon and his team have effectively bypassed the constitutional authority of Congress over financial oversight, granting the executive branch unprecedented and unauthorized power. This poses a grave risk to the citizens of our country and the future of our democracy and promises made.

I am deeply concerned about the access Elon has gained to both personal and financial information, access that should be reserved for only appointed and thoroughly vetted individuals. I strongly believe this constitutes a blatant violation of the law and a serious threat to our national security.
