I went on a hike in Japan recently where there was actually a big DO NOT TOUCH THIS MUSHROOM SIGN.

Apparently it's fatal if ingested and causes skin problems just by touch. I thankfully never saw that one but I did see this absolute lad of a network on a dead tree.

Got my tteokboki and fresh fruit smoothie (watermelon pineapple) for my last night in Seoul. I still can't believe I'm really here and eating real tteokboki in Myeongdong.

At the highest Starbucks in the world! Busan x the Sky 99th floor.

Jeju Island here in Korea is famous for its tangerines, so I got the tangerine blended with a pesto and tomato cream cheese bagel.

Busan is absolutely amazing. I have about a million photos to post but to start, I'm at Busan x The Sky - the tallest building in Busan.

The melon jellies are not very good. The steam cakes are absolutely amazing however.

I love Skittles so I had to get these. The tea flavor is really strong. I finished the bag 15 minutes ago and my mouth still tastes like peach, oolong, and lychee.

Got these both on the same drop. I meant to get Charizard by pushing it in, but in pushing it, I ended up grabbing and moving Munchlax to a place I could push them both in

Had a great dinner and after dinner beer. Melon milk, sesame noodles, and a fruity ale. Actually 3 of my favorite things, and I'm very happy to eat less pastry, because that has been so much of my diet the last few days. I'm not sure if it's bc of exertion or what but I can't stop eating here lol

Like in PAX's favor, I basically do West as 4 1/2 days of 14 hours, (so 60+ total) and still feel like I don't have enough time. I did all 15 public TGS hours and was very ready to be done by the end of it.

TGS is better at what it does (by a lot) but it's also less special overall.

Overall I'm surprised at how different TGS is from a PAX. I knew it would be pretty different, but wow. The expo floor here blows PAX's out of the water and really solidifies that I should basically skim it every PAX. On the other hand, it's *brutal* with nothing else to do. So crowded & tiring.

The scale of the booths at TGS is amazing. So big, so much production value. It's an amazing environment to be in.

Oh man it's been an absolute mess since last night. I lost my TGS ticket, and they were sold out. I managed to find a ticket for resale on a Japanese fluency only site and fake my way through it, so I'm here!
