I've been working with a trainer once a week all year, and you DO slightly get used to it. My trainer pushes hard, but I'm definitely way less sore the day after now than I was the first couple months. But I still get a little sore, or a lot if he throws in a new workout in our routine

Zach, a severely injured silken windhound. He is black and tan, but all his tan is now grey since he is 10 years old. His torso has been shaved and he has a bandage covering a wound and significant bruising.

We visited Zach at the ER today. He is better and recovering. Both chest tubes are out and while still woozy, he knows his fam.

He will probably come home tomorrow with a $17,000-$20,000 bill.

Finished this custom that was a special request. I get requests for ears that lay flat and go backwards like this but I don't accept very often. The weight distribution makes them challenging to wear as-is.
