It'd be nice if I didn't have to worry about UI at all. We need something where I can just build models, associations, and then have a front end generated that looks decent and just works.

As much as I love Ruby, and have been using it for some hardware development, I've had to jump ship to Python. It just works better cross-platform. Now I can develop on my Mac, and expect it to work on a RPi or Windows machine.
