No. Only because I normally buy presents at the last minute, so run out of time. That can mean buying another copy of the book for myself (or asking to borrow the book after they’ve read it).

Exactly the process I had with my Mum. She was stuck in hospital for ages before any agreement could be reached. Sorry you have to deal with this too and I hope it’s resolved soon, in the best interests of your Dad.

Yep. We’ve gone. They have no clue and are not setting out any vision of meaningful improvements for people. They don’t know how to connect. Now politics is so volatile the idea they are in Govt for 10 years is very far from being a given, even with that majority.

I buy refurbished Apple when necessary - not from Apple, and not current versions. Works well for me but my needs are only for docs and the internet. I appreciate your needs are more demanding!
