Small bit of Spanbauer trivia, he identified enough with Shed to make his email address "Cobertizo@....", Cobertizo being the Spanish word for shed.

I end up typing it out all the way. I always try to think of an abbreviation, and fail each time.

His books are deeply affecting for me, especially Moon (look at me using an abbreviation!) and Shy Hunters.

There's so much of Spanbauer's life in each of his novels. He was Shed. And William of Heaven.

I see four Spanbauer novels on the shelf below <3

Berlin Week one.

Changing up this account for the next month. Normally, it's dedicated to my favorite author and spiritual father, Tom Spanbauer. However, I'm on vacation in Berlin for a month (and rereading Shy Hunters for the Xth time), so there will be a lot of Berlin stuff for the next few weeks.

UNPACK CONCEPTUAL LANGUAGE – Most often Latinate language and adverbs, it can be UNPACKED into simpler, more anglo-saxon language. Doing so will collapse that distance CONCEPTUAL LANGUAGE places between the readers and the page.
