1/ In 2008 (on FB), I referred to the era from 1948 - 2008 as the "era of politeness" in Great Power Dynamics, and mentioned that this era was effectively OVER.

I also thought that we might be in a period of "White fright" in the US (or backlash) similar to the reconstruction era from 2007 to 2045
