Having written a 520-page rulebook, I now struggle with whether I should make a thorough index with "everything" or a more streamlined index with "only the most relevant things." I like the former, but it adds another 20 pages to the book.

Fortunately those comments are still very rare. The only other video I've made that's gotten comments like that was the one I made about Exalted lore and controversies.

Fun fact. My channel averages 98.5% likes to dislikes, but every single video I've made mentioning safety tools, RPG psychology, or anything remotely empathetic, I get exactly 10% dislikes.

Noticed that YouTube had flagged a comment on my latest video that was a very visceral and unhinged reaction to the fact that I had mentioned consulting people with disabilities when writing cybernetics for my game. Such a strange thing to be so angry about, but it seems I really ruined his day. Hah

Mostly from DrivethruRPG, but it depends. I often buy physical books from the publisher's own shop, if they have one. Sometimes I order from local providers if shipping from overseas would be a hassle.

Dystopia Rising is (in my opinion) top tier when it comes to Storypath games. I feel like it's a forgotten gem that people should talk about more.

I've also had a character named Lucien once. It was for D&D, though. He was a tiefling bard based on the Swedish folk song "Hårgalåten". He ended up transformed into a devil by Red Wizards.

I still struggle with exercise, though, so any tips to make it fun is appreciated.

Only recently have I started to notice myself breaking the pattern, triggered by a sense of shame and a lot of positive reinforcement. I enjoy cooking now. Cleaning is a time of mindfulness. My niece thinks I'm the funniest person in the world. I can connect better with my emotions.

When looking back at my adult life, I can see a lot of patterns of apathy despite being fairly high functioning. I have a career, friends, family, am highly productive when it comes to personal passions, but failed at taking care of myself or my space. Once I started to look, I assumed dystymia.

I've wanted to improve and diversify my cooking, so the last couple of weeks I've been randomizing recipes. It's a fun challenge and it keeps me from being lazy and making things easy.
