Blue Shell Mario, in the "Miss" pose, used after losing a Bonus Minigame in SMW. Wing Mario's wings has a different color, but still uses the same sprite.
Fire Mario in the Castle #5 cutscene pose, with a left arm rig from behind. It uses Ice Mario's pallete without the lighter skin tone.
