It's a good line, and also probably quite relevant to what we currently prioritise in developing environments to support walking & cycling in urban areas.

Bikes donโt fix everything, but active transportation is a medicine that pays dividends in multiple ways.
Assuming your question is rhetorical. But encase it's not... Yes, yes they are!

But with lots of others walking along the way I think it's really good for them. Road type context & others walking would be important to consider
