The Super Bowl game was actually Super BORING! The halftime show had more energy. Thank God for Bad Bunny. It was a great performance overall.

I just want to order an advance delivery for chicken wings. But they disabled advanced orders due to Super Bowl. So now I have to go out and pick up OR opt to get the same wings via food delivery app + pay more. This is some serious BS!

I love the Horizon series, but I can’t tell which of these online co-op games are for me? They kind of blend together. Also the hope for a Monster Hunter AAA experience doesn’t seem to be happening. Appealing to that Fortnite crowd. I guess I’ll wait for Horizon 3.

Once again Canada Post finds a way to lose my trust in them. This time affecting my business ops. I’m at a lost at how such a vital service, performs so inadequately. I supported the workers during their strike, but mgmt and staff are producing failing results especially in customer service. 😠

Is it disappointing that the only mobile games I’ve been playing lately are Zip and Tango via the LinkedIn app? Yes there’s puzzle games in the LI app go fig.

Yoooo the news coming out of Ubisoft is brutal. Canceling 6 games? 2 studio closures? Can’t help to think of those you are going to be affected by impending layoffs.

I’m so fed up lately with Cloud backups. I’m in the process of building my own DIY NAS using OpenMediaVault on an old PC laptop. I’m looking at other alts like buying a UGreen NAS system for easy plug and play and use TrueNAS.

Update: after finding out how to get into “recovery mode” Updating iPadOS still didn’t work. So I was left to do “Restore iPad”. Somehow managed to retrieve iCloud backup and that worked. However that old backup is now corrupt. Apple puts a passcode on your backups. The same one that locked me out.

For being an early pioneer of UX, Apple really has lost its direction. I am pulling my teeth at how absurd the requests and steps I need to go through. Just to reset a passcode on iPad for my mom, after a software update for iPadOS 26.
