Luckily those should have been dispersed already. It's the students who don't take full semester courses who will be affected

I went to a uni with a big engineering program actually, so I've met a lot of them. For me I have a PhD in info systems and one of my research interests is social media. It's always good to be willing to learn at least πŸ₯° I'm oblivious on how planes work πŸ˜‚

I got rid of meta apps. What you can do is like videos you want to see more of then search for content you want to see, watch it and like it. That'll train the algorithm

When I first started on Clapper I saw mostly kids/family content (I don't have kids) and cats. Other ppl said they saw prawn. It was based on differences between us.

Some of it is what people similar to you (age, race, location, affiliations, etc) would like but it's also got some data on you as well. It's also doing associations where "you like this so you'd like that". As it learns more about you it gets more accurate.

Pretty much every social media, or app for that matter, can get data on you easily.

You do know it shows you videos based on an algorithm that considers what YOU would like, right?

I joined FB back when it was college students only, not just Harvard. Had to show a college ID to get access. Deleted it along with other meta apps

Good for you! Supplements like inositol and berberine are also great for PCOS.

When the body gets enough water it allows you to burn fat (body stores water in fat). PCOS coincides with insulin resistance which is like prediabetes. My a1c has gone down to normal levels even. I get normal cycles now. Happy we've discovered things like ozempic, berberine and inositol for PCOS

I've been overweight my whole life too with PCOS. A couple years ago I came close to having diabetes. I learned how to eat for insulin resistance and started taking berberine and inositol. Those along with having enough water everyday has made it so that I don't crave as much and I've lost 70 lbs.

Any lobby money or campaign donations that come from churches/religion affiliated individuals should be taxed. They are buying power

A six-panel comic. In panel 1, there's a pigeon standing awkwardly next to a pile of sticks with two eggs on it, and the panel is titled "Why pigeons make bad nests: A defense of pigeon aesthetics." In panel 2, a pigeon sits on a pile of sticks: "Many people think that pigeons are bad at making nests. Here are three good reasons why pigeon nests look bad." In panel 3, there's "Reason 1: Some birds, like orioles, nest in tree branches, so they weave elaborate structures that can withstand the elements..." And there's a female Baltimore Oriole weaving an elaborate hanging nest in a silver maple tree. In panel 4, "...but rock pigeons evolved to nest in crevices in cliffs, safely tucked away." And there's a pigeon sitting on a nest in a hole in a cliff. In panel 5, "Reason 2: People domesticated pigeons ages ago. Pigeons didn't need fancy nests because they had human-built homes." A beautiful dovecote shelters a flock of pigeons. In panel 6, "Reason 3: Less time making nest = more time eating seed." A pigeon pecks a seed near its nest, and says "It's called math."

Does anyone have recommendations on where to get women's dress pants? I'm just out of plus sizes (regular 18 short) but all the dress pants I'm finding (JCPenney, Dillard's etc) are baggy in my hip area. Please help me 😭 #workpants #professionalattire #help

Also I had an outline with paragraphs built in bullet list format. Made it so much easier to organize my thoughts and ideas

I used Mendeley (citations) and just file organization on my computer. I had a word doc that told me where I was at last time I was working, key descriptions/definitions, names and locations of files I was working with, etc. That made it easier to get back into working again more quickly over time
