If you can't bring yourself to value trans lives (Which you SHOULD), then you need to at least acknowledge that helping trans folks access gender affirming care, is intrinsically intwined with those of us cis folks who are intersex by default.

Hell, even just a few days after the IUD was in (Got it on Tuesday), my brain has already begun to shut up.

And THIS is why I say that trans issues are women's issues too.

Oof. I'm not trans but as a cis woman with an intersex condition, this still hits home for me. In that sense the IUD really helps me. Having to go without one for months, reminded me of how chaotic my internal life is without it.

I can confirm my own experience with going on T. It had a similar effect as going vegetarian did for me- that "click into place" that left me both physically and emotionally steadier.

My EYESIGHT got a smidgen better on T. Not enough to no longer need specs, but it did delay the need for new ones.
