CAN CONFIRM. Riot's mods are immediately nuking any mention of mastercard, and giving lengthy chat timeouts for otherwise innocuous comments.

unsure how effective comments will be w/o absolutely massive numbers, but its EXTREMELY telling that mastercard feels they have to resort to this.

This means Mastercard in particular is actively afraid of people bringing up Riot's connection to them negatively.

I think people should raid Riot's official livestreams and start spamming things like:

"#SaveSpeech from Mastercard!"
"MASTERCARD HATES THIS --> (.)(.)"
"#stopkillinggames"

Don't recall if I've mentioned it before, but there's also a like-based Discovery feed that's not directly affiliated with Bsky, it should be drastically different, for better or for worse.

I think it needs to be pointed out as well that Visa is clearly losing money off these calls clogging their systems and still thought it was worth the money to re-train their employees/contractors. They're not scared enough to drop the issue altogether, people need to keep calling and snail-mailing.

I'm seeing less posts about the Visa and Mastercard situation and I want to make it plain as day. You need to keep calling and bothering them, and losing them money.

Because if we lose this, they are going to cut more and more from what's available until you can only buy what they approve of.
