to put it in as non spoilery of a way as possible, for all my XC moots, it's like...think of some problems people have involving the story/characters of XC3 and/or FR and put those flaws into hades 2. some people like them, some people hate them

i'm quite disappointed. i was spoiled that this might be what the ending was like, and i hate that that user was correct. i can't tell if it seems in or out of character. i could think of them doing XYZ but it seems so unrealistic in the grand scheme of things...but then i remember ABC happening, so

so i beat hades 2 and i have Thoughts. negative thoughts, tbh. i was having such a blast with the game, honestly considering i may enjoy it more than hades 1, and then that ending happened. my experiences with hades 1 are honestly so dulled (4-5 years) so it might still happen but i hate this ending

XC1 is my favorite video game of all time, for the record, and not just my favorite xc game. But I recognize its flaws. They just don't bother me 99% of the time due to my own bias and enjoyment. I have been unable to like extremely popular games and gotten flak over it. We just all need to chill
