There’s a large part of the creative process that involves hours or days of experimentation. Unfortunately, when experimentation leads nowhere, it feels like you wasted a lot of time. The hard part is reminding yourself that you learned what DIDN’T work, and that’s very important.

Back when this company was custom dev focused, I wanted to pass a policy:

Everyone starts with 3 lives. Mess up hard and you lose a life. When you lose all your lives, you are fired.

There would be challenges where you could get a life back... and get a symbolic bottle of red wine.

Completely agreed! It's probably because of the ownership/borrowing concept. I tried making a game in it and just trying out if a concept would work is difficult.
