Out of all the Orange County cities, I did not expect the City of Orange to be one to consider a resolution banning ICE (and other Federal law enforcement) from wearing masks.

It's just a bit ridiculous that the El Toro Water District will be voting on raising their residents' rates at 7:30 in the morning during a Special meeting (rather than a regularly scheduled one).

It’s especially funny when biking along this stretch for a few miles and having the familiar concrete channel suddenly change into a golf course and then back into a channel again

The A to Z of LA Mayor Karen Bass' budget cuts Everything residents need to know about the proposed 1,600 layoffs and service cuts coming to your community

Point after point after point of how the LA Budget is going to negatively impact Angelenos. It's kind of impressive how bad this budget is, with everyone being pissed at the proposals here.

La Palma Residents Push for City Council Meeting Video Livestreams Despite calls from residents for a video option to watch city council meetings from home, La Palma remains one of the last cities in Orange County with audio-only access for public meetings.

Hopefully, the day comes soon when all 34 cities in OC have video streaming and are fully transparent with the public. Only 2 to go...

California lawmakers vote to waive endangered species rules for Highway 37 Wine country commuters vs rare marsh mice: California lawmakers back plan to speed up Highway 37 construction despite potential harm to endangered species.

Very disappointing reading how lawmakers want to harm endangered species for a freeway widening project, which won't even reduce congestion. We've tried widenings for decades and they've never worked...
