Hear me out, it does contains "nefarious" ideas like evolution, bacteria, viruses - stuff they like to claim does not even exist or have their own ideas they think should be right, so it is not hard to view the teaching of Biology and related areas as "radical".

"Big Science", often assumed to be an unavoidable aspect of doing large projects involving expensive equipment and lots of people but at the end of the day, the >idea< itself, the one that requires all this effort to be turned into new knowledge is coming usually from just 1 bright, unshackled mind.

Add to that the industries that were been built on siphoning off the steadily increasing flow of money into research.
Companies that make consumables and eqipment used in research, companies helping with administration (!), dealing with productivity, publishing, meetings, PR, HR...

That answer is a world salad to try and make everybody forget that there are huge quantifiable differences in actual availability and/or access to healthcare resources resulting in differences in life expectancy and quality.
