And this is just the stuff with a fair degree of scientific backing and evidence.

I compiled a list of things you "should" and "need" to do to prevent cancer. I looked at advice from 5 clinics, 4 institutes/orgs, and 5 books. The list came to 100 items, including conflicting advice (mostly around supplements tbh).

This is a burden of illness.

Relaxing and sorting cables today (yes, I find this relaxing, lay off).

As a couple of AV nerds and former DJs, we have A LOT of unusual cables. How do y'all sort your cables? Do you ever get rid of anything? Why is this mono 1/4" audio cable sooooooo long and why did we buy it?

The Aphex Twin song is instrumental, so I'm really not sure if it's referencing any major event. I didn't do super in depth research so I'm curious if it relates to something in France or a french-speaking country. Or it might just be a personal reference, which is most likely.

The Gillian Welch song actually weaves several events that occured on April 14th into her lyrics. It's quite stunning actually. For example she references the Titanic, the Lincoln assassination, and the great depression/dust bowl. All of which have ties to April 14th.
