Today I (finally) learned I could just lightly sauté chopped garlic and chili flakes in olive oil and then add a can of crushed tomatoes and it’s a very nice sauce that’s ready to go in like 5 minutes!!!

I havent really been able to get back into FFXIV but I'm always a fan of the world first races. Its always super hype. And Eden is gonna be great.

Man, I hate when a lot of people recommend me a show and it kills all enthusiasm to watch it. And worst is that I see that it's an objectively good show. I wonder why that happens to me.

Its also really sparked my excitement for cooking because it stimulates my creativity in many ways. I want to get out of my confort zone and try new low cal ingredients and feel that its helped my understanding of food as a whole. I feel like a better chef.

Starting this weightloss journey, one thing that really helped me out was looking at the calorie defecit kinda like a spreadsheet simulator game. You have to maximize flavor and enjoyment while minimizing calorie intake.

Do it, for the content.

Slowly following the right people to enhance this place. It really does feel like I'm in a new place and decorating.
