Bluesky are releasing invite codes to control the rate of adoption. This is important because adoption is generally a complex statistic.
This allows them to control the initial parameters of the system in it's route to chaos and set the trajectory.

03.06.2023 01:16 โ ๐ 7 ๐ 2 ๐ฌ 4 ๐ 0One example that I did years before iot was a thing was to measure the temperature in different rooms to determine where heating needs to be activated based off a set of rules (schedule). I just had a relay wired into the thermostats controlled by an Arduino that sent data via zigbee to a server.

12.06.2023 18:33 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 1 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0"more expensive" than solar is missing the point - even expensive solar can still pay you back but residential wind never gets close to payback. Big difference ๐

This is a much better system. DNS is pretty secure and a great way to verify people.

13.06.2023 08:38 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0It's more that it basically doesn't work in residential areas (ie will never "pay back") - you need a fast wind speed to be worthwhile as it goes with (wind speed)ยณ https://home.uni-leipzig.de/energy/energy-fundamentals/15.htm
