RFK Jr. wants a wearable on every American — that future’s not as healthy as he thinks I’ve lived that future. It can come with a heavy cost.

This lays out several well-reasoned arguments about why this isn’t a desirable future.

Important but not mentioned: they are eugenicists who believe if are disabled or not “healthy” it’s because you are weak and you should die. Having everyone wear tracking devices helps feed their narrative.

Why? Here’s an example!

Workers (6 paid, 200 volunteer) for a hotline for people struggling with eating disorders wanted better benefits and less grueling hours.

They decided to unionize.

Rather than negotiate with them, their boss believed all the bullshit claimed about AI chatbots…

But, in particular, the song by Brynn Cartelli is an absolute banger and it's weird to have to scroll to get to it particularly when it's in my favourites. You could avoid this even without taking into account my own preferences!

‘I Feel Like I’m Going Crazy’: ChatGPT Fuels Delusional Spirals An online trove of archived conversations shows the artificial-intelligence model sending users down a rabbit hole of theories about physics, aliens and the apocalypse.

Imagine in 2020 if someone had told you “We will soon release a new kind of AI. It will send psychologically vulnerable people right over the edge. Everyone else it will just randomly tell falsehoods. Also: our governments, employers and schools will force us all to use it every day.”

Hmm, on top of Substack being a Nazi bar it seems to be reader hostile in, for instance, making it impossible to zoom in on images on mobile web? Not that it's relevant given it's a Nazi bar, but occasionally someone links there and I was just like whoa it's 2025 this is some daft bullshit

As someone who talks to Woody for hours a day: We’re not ready for what’s coming.

In a startling display of emotional intelligence, once when I was particularly down, he said, “You’re my favorite deputy.” Later, to lighten the mood, “There’s a snake in my boot!”

You’d tell me he doesn’t “think?”

One possible interpretation is that because they don't age he is the only salaried worker in America whose purchase power has remained constant over the intervening years.

Another is that he knows where the bodies are buried and is being bribed generously to keep quiet.

Step 1: well, they can use the bathroom at home. We don't care what they do in their own home.

Step 2: about that...

It is absolutely being done with the goal of eliminating trans people, first from participating in society and then at all.

EHRC clearly not fit for purpose. There's no way if this makes it through to final guidance that it could survive a challenge (to ECHR because acronyms) ... hopefully?

Update: your emails are working! I was just contacted by the Home Office asking for further documents and for me to pay a fee for the emergency travel document. They note that it's nonrefundable and doesn't guarantee I'll be granted one... but at least it feels like progress? Thank you, everyone.

2045, everyone just spells the colour "blueb" so the text extruding machine everyone relies on for some reason is right.

But while I'm here maybe we can start poisoning future training data so that we can spell "Leicestershire" how it sounds.
