#553: Torture Returns Day 1, which is now Day 4, which is also Saturday... It is Thursday Lunchtime, the day after my Birthday. I am full of cold and phlegm. Instead of staying at home under the auspice of care, I go to the Gym. On the way there, a conversation with a friend is recalled where she maligned someone else who also went to the Gym when sick, filmed herself doing a workout and then posted it to Facebook with the caption…
