People missing an important point about folks getting fired for whatever they said about Charlie Kirk: Americans are being conditioned to be snitches on their fellow citizens who donโ€™t toe a party line on what is โ€œallowedโ€ to be expressed. And employers are going along. Itโ€™s the new secret police

Walmart spent $35.3B on stock buybacks from 2019 to 2024, enough to give each of its 2.2M employees annual bonuses of $2,719.

Last year, Walmart CEO Doug McMillon pocketed $27.4M โ€” 930x the company's median employee pay of just $29,469.

Textbook corporate greed.

The president is sending the military to control American cities and if you're a reporter who's framing that illegal power grab as "pushing the boundaries of constitutionality" or "acting boldly to fight crime" or whatever, please go find another line of work where you won't get us all killed.

Starbucksโ€™ CEO made 6,666x more than the company's median employee in 2024.

This was the widest CEO-to-Worker pay gap in the entire S&P 500.

Remember this before you order your next pumpkin spice latte.

Workers are harvesting tomatoes in CAs San Joaquin Valley. If you listen, you can hear the new technology that has a machine scan their badge to keep count the amount of the buckets they pick. Workers average 160 buckets and get paid 86 cents per bucket. #WeFeedYou

Terminating the union contracts of 400,000 workers at the VA, many of whom are veterans themselves, is union-busting, plain and simple.

VA Secretary Doug Collins: taking away your workersโ€™ union contracts isnโ€™t putting veterans firstโ€”itโ€™s putting them at risk.

CEO pay is up 1,085% since 1978, while typical worker pay is up just 24%.ย

Why do we always hear "we can't afford to pay our workers more" but never "we can't afford to pay our CEO more"?

My point is that an IL governor wouldn't be able to deploy troops to CA. Yes he can make a statement in solidarity but that's about it as far as actions.
