23 After the Nov. 19, 2025, hearing on the defendant’s vindictive prosecution memorandum, the EDVA Grand Jury
coordinator informed the undersigned that the grand jury foreperson informed her they had returned a true bill as to
counts two and three, and not as to count one. The coordinator was informed by the Deputy Criminal Chief to amend
the indictment by removing the text of former count one, and moving the remaining counts, two and three, to reflect
as counts one and two. The grand jury coordinator then returned to the grand jury room and presented the corrected
indictment to the grand jury foreperson and the deputy foreperson.

Lindsey Halligan: I was never alone with the grand jury.

Loaner AUSA: But the EDVA GJ Coordinator WAS alone with the foreperson and deputy.

The DOJ Subpoenaed Patient Info From a Gender-Affirming Care Clinic. It Fought Back. A Washington judge quashed the Trump administration's attempt to subpoena patient information from the telehealth practice QueerDoc—but the fight may not be over.

NEW: Trump's DOJ sent a subpoena to a gender-affirming care clinic seeking information on patients, including minors, and its insurance billing practices. The clinic—which doesn't even take insurance—fought the demand in court and won.

WATCH: “Matt Van Epps Wants This In Tennessee”

The TN-7 Republican nominee told Clarksville Now he “fully supports” Trump’s (lawless) ICE goons as they terrorize brown folks across 🇺🇸 — So here’s what he fully supports:

They're so fucking stupid and don't realize it. The only reason many white students can afford graduate degrees is because foreign students pay for the programs and allow them to be economically efficient. Without foreign students, many programs will now simply collapse. Genius.

To recap: My law firm represented Black and Latino voters in striking down Texas' new congressional map.

The dissenting opinion mentions George Soros 17 times and me and my law firm 3 times (all about how connected to Soros I allegedly am). I have never seen anything like it.

Trump pardons allies who boost his crypto coin.

Trump invests in corporations that he's supposed to be regulating.

Trump cuts deals with autocrats to advance his family's real estate business.

The list goes on.

We must not become numb to this blatant corruption.

Yesterday, Trump defended the Saudi Crown Prince in the Oval Office.

He said he had “nothing” to do with the murder of Jamal Khashoggi.

But I reviewed a call while serving on Trump’s NSC that I believe would be of interest to the Khashoggi family and the American people.

Release the transcript.

There’s an even bigger problem with Halligan’s “highly prejudicial” misstatements of fundamental tenets of criminal law which suggested that grand jurors did not have to base a finding of probable cause on the actual evidence presented to him. That’s not harmless error 😬

Poverty is a policy choice. Concentrated wealth is a policy choice. Inequality is a policy choice. None of it is natural or inevitable. Remember: We have the power to build a system that serves the many, not the powerful few.

Let me get this straight: The Trump admin. is taking in billions of dollars from tariffs—which are paid for by Americans in the form of higher prices—and are now talking about giving the money back, but people shouldn’t spend it?
