I looked into it, and it really does just come down to you either need 1: a windows compatibility layer, or 2: to get used to an alternative. I highly recommend Krita- it's what I use to do just about everything.

If you've decided that windows is best for you, then that's alright too! :]

I have a linux machine, This is something I can look into. It will take me a couple hours.
