I think it may have previously been the cases, though I know 0 Europeans (or other expats here) that want to live in America anymore. Is this based on your experience or any data, or just a hunch from reading online? I hope this changes as conditions hopefully improve in the US though.

Moved to western Europe last year, seriously good decision in every domain. Became even truer after the election. Hopefully will return someday, but it’s hard to go from Democracy and beautiful people centric places to MAGA, Starbucks drive-thru stripmalls and mass shootings, especially with kids.
