Drew a friend of mine’s sona in some tactical gear that I saw on Tw!tt3r I thought looked cool. Took some creative liberties with it but I think for a first attempt it’s not bad

Daleks are so interesting because from an outsiders’ perspective they’re really dumb and goofy looking but the series does such an excellent job at IMMEDIATELY giving you a reason to fear them and explaining why they’re so evil. They’re def my favourite DW villains.

And with this obligatory #GreenPeppersOnPizza tag, we come to the end of this thread. I'm happy with most of these pieces, even if it's clear which weeks I ran short on energy/motivation for.

Funny story: the SA2B art was originally supposed to be a bait and switch but ended up scrapping the idea and revisited it later.

The Myst vs Shadow 2-parter was fun, a fight between them would be very chaotic to say the least. I also HAD to draw the Doom Wings when they got leaked back then.

Not much to say with this batch, did the classic SA2B pose and Faker in one of these.

Also had to draw the most peak scene featuring Shadow, that being the Chaos Blast scene from Nazo Unleashed.

This project was also the first time I drew Maria, which is kinda funny considering I immediately killed her off LOL

Okay, enough school stuff! Time for some fun! Back on twitter I attempted to do a weekly drawing of Shadow the Hedgehog in celebration of Fearless: Year of Shadow. It tapered off eventually but I still plan on finishing the rest. A quick 🧵 #digitalart #sonic #shadowthehedgehog #sonicthehedgehog

Admittedly though I do still think the project is a bit... scuffed for my liking. I really should find the time to touch it up, but it's really hard when there's just so many different things I wanna create at the same time & the world is moving so fast.
There's no harm in giving a peek though 😉

Luckily for me, I already had a little experience making an animated short thanks to my university course. Although that older one was made in a different program than Be Not Afraid was (BNA was purely Adobe Animate while my old film had both hand drawn and Illustrator/After Effects elements used)

Some character bios for my final semester's project: making a short film.
Be Not Afraid was QUITE the undertaking. From filming reference footage to drawing backgrounds and editing the audio and video on top of animating almost everything myself, this project was a challenge to finish in time.

A quadruped walk cycle for school I decided to incorporate Nuriko into! Fun fact: this was the first piece of actual animation for this character. It was definitely an interesting task to complete, I should really make a puppet rig for him so he'll look more smooth. #animation #MortemShortfall
