as forces pressure us to outsource our critical thinking, research, and creativity, holding onto our own intellectual development is CRUCIAL.

look, I don’t have much positive to say about jobs right now. but growing your creative skills is never a waste. in a world that prioritizes “good enough for non-experts” and the simulacra of competence, growing a practice of critical and artistic thought helps you from sliding down into the muck.
