my personal most unwatched Lynch film

truly well done and miserable movie making of the highest quality. the face smashing scene still fucks with me to this day after 1 viewing. will never watch again.

opening scene alone makes it a 1 watch film

2 movies about magnificent horses dying.

i mean.. its ambitious. gotta give it that.

this movie can in fact be amazing on the right night. it can also be very, very annoying on the wrong one.

my 2nd least fav kubrick film and i think it was tom who tainted it for me at the time. plus that kubrick died and the studio finished the edit… that shit just made it weird for me. but im due for a rewatch and am open to changing my mind. i do love me some kubrick.
