When I started last year, they helped balance my sleeping.. once I got used to them it felt very normal & I'm very aware of when I'm not on them.

Changing technology hasn't helped us, we grew up with more personal interconnectivity ease.. user base bloat and a shift to isolated islands over public eternal forums and mass connected IRC makes it almost a mutual active search to find new people and press deeper... And that's before the change
