When Democratic leadership spends decades talking about how we need a strong Republican Party (usually when the Republican fascists gaining more power oddly) you know you don’t live in a serious country.

A serious country would’ve buried the party that made Hastert the Speaker long ago. Instead we elected someone even worse the damn president.

I’m can’t take anyone seriously who blames to affordability crisis on something that happened just a few months ago. This has been a problem for far longer than that. It’s a systemic problem, not a fault of one bill or another that got passed.

Just the basics. A one bedroom apartment a food budget based on SNAP benefits at the time, basic utilities, a stripped down phone plan and a bus pass. No car. You ended up $600 in the hole on what a policy maker would call a middle class income. That’s zero entertainment dollars. No Starbucks.

Democrats lobbed the same denials around when Biden was president.

After 2016 I looked at Pew Researches, a reputable firm that probably provides data to policy makers, definition of “middle class” and ran the numbers.

Democrats had 60 senate votes and still gutted their own healthcare bill. They still strove to please republicans, and didn’t get a single republican vote.

Used to know a lot of people that would vote Democrat. No so many for years now.

They won’t, because they remain remembers in good standing as they fulfilled their role.

Democrats, we have seen this show before. We are tired of these cheap reruns.

They got what they wanted. Our votes last week. Well not mine. I voted for the guy challenging the party Dem in the one contested race in Columbus on my ballot. And against all but one of the democratic back school board members. One of the 6 people running was a banker.

They wouldn’t. The last time this country had a total party collapse they were quickly replaced by another party, even winning the presidency within one cycle.

The party decided together who would take the fall. If I am wrong these senators should face consequences. Loss of committee posts and so on. They will not face any consequences though proving they are members in good standing doing what the party wanted of them.

We don’t need more democrats to betray us Senator whitehouse. If you will not fight electoral politics are meaningless for the population.

The United States is essentially a one party state.

We can’t win when our elected officials use us as nothing more than electoral pawns and stop fighting and give repo locals everything they want anyway.

Democrats need to change or lose support. It’s on you to change your party. Until you do we should not support you.
