Great to visit Oak Hill First School in Lodge Park to meet pupils, teachers and Principal Sarah Allen and see learning in action.
The children were enthusiastic and proud to showcase their work - a real credit to staff.

Wonderful - and lots of fun! - to pay a visit to Redbrick Day Nursery in Kingsthorpe.
Very good to speak to staff & owner Jacqui about how theyβre providing local families with high-quality childcare & what might allow the business to expand.
The cost-of-living crisis isnβt just economic - itβs political.
When prices rise faster than wages & rip-offs go unpunished, trust collapses. Consumer harm now costs Britain Β£71bn a year. Populists thrive in that vacuum. So how do we de-rig the market?

We've reached a new time now....a time where there absolutely need to be consequences for the wrongdoings committed by those in positions of power and influence....this is NOT Trump's USA....

08.02.2026 08:56 β π 1 π 2 π¬ 1 π 0A brilliant day in Gorton & Denton today, and a lovely welcome, both on the doorstep and from our Labour colleagues. I was especially impressed by the chap who turned up with a box of samosas in his boot to help keep us going!
Angeliki Stogia will be an excellent MP.
Well done @bengoldsborough.bsky.social Brilliant effort!
07.02.2026 18:07 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Thank you to all those who attended and contributed to the conversation on the future of our rivers at my Managing Our Waterways Town Hall event in #Clevedon.
A particular thank you to Iain, Emma and Sylwia, who each gave presentations on the challenges facing our rivers and watercourses.
Thank you to everyone who came down to my coffee morning in Wye!
It was great to have such a wide range of conversations about the issues that matter to you!
I look forward to hosting more coffee mornings and engagement sessions in the near future! #Ashford #Wye

one of the best ways Iβve spent a morning in this job.
Faith communities do so much to support local people already, and by working together, we can achieve more.
Great to hear. All MPs should be absolutely out and about, discussing the issues, supporting the government, taking nothing for granted. Now is the time to plan the next few months of engagements with constituents....a proper plan.

07.02.2026 14:11 β π 3 π 3 π¬ 2 π 0So as I struggled with miscarriage after miscarriage before having my π baby, Reform would seriously think I should pay more tax during that agony.
This policy isnβt just a slippery slope to a handmaids tale dystopian future - itβs a deliberate step towards it

Reformβs by-election candidate suggested people who donβt have children should pay more tax.
He wants the govt to βremove personal income tax for women who have two or more childrenβ.
Do they think women are just baby producing machines?
Insane policies.
We challenged staffing shortages, equipment gaps and over-reliance on overtime.
Residents deserve a postal service they can rely on.
Iβll keep leading this push in Parliament and working with constituents until we see real, lasting improvements on our streets.
Iβve taken Royal Mail service failures to the top alongside Dave Robertson MP (Lichfield), meeting senior executives to demand urgent action on delays, missed deliveries and poor communication across Redditch & the Villages.
