Great to visit Oak Hill First School in Lodge Park to meet pupils, teachers and Principal Sarah Allen and see learning in action.

The children were enthusiastic and proud to showcase their work - a real credit to staff.

Wonderful - and lots of fun! - to pay a visit to Redbrick Day Nursery in Kingsthorpe.

We've reached a new time now....a time where there absolutely need to be consequences for the wrongdoings committed by those in positions of power and influence....this is NOT Trump's USA....

The UK must steer a different course. The time for justice, accountability is upon us....from Mandelson to Mone....there needs to be justice, the law, and consequences. And quickly delivered.....

....the public darn well expect this of our government, and of our justice system. No one in a position of power/influence is above the law. Andrew included. This matter is above and beyond party politics, and individual friendships. This matter MUST receive cross-party concensus....

Bringing together faith leaders from our local mosque, gurdwara, and churches was
one of the best ways I’ve spent a morning in this job.

Faith communities do so much to support local people already, and by working together, we can achieve more.

Great to hear. All MPs should be absolutely out and about, discussing the issues, supporting the government, taking nothing for granted. Now is the time to plan the next few months of engagements with constituents....a proper plan.

Labour MPs must absolutely be seen and heard, live in their constituencies, now in 2026 more than ever. Now and not a few months before the next general election. With fake news and AI prominent now is a vital time to be seen, face to face, and live. Every opportunity absolutely MUST be taken....

...the erosion of trust in politics can only be tackled when people see their MPs in this way. Fake news/stories/images absolutely must be combated. I want all MPs the ensure they are out there on the streets, door to door, face to face, in the towns etc....

Reform’s by-election candidate suggested people who don’t have children should pay more tax.

He wants the govt to “remove personal income tax for women who have two or more children”.

Do they think women are just baby producing machines?

Insane policies.

We challenged staffing shortages, equipment gaps and over-reliance on overtime.
Residents deserve a postal service they can rely on.

I’ll keep leading this push in Parliament and working with constituents until we see real, lasting improvements on our streets.
