Agreed. If you have to go looking for signage then it's not doing its job. It's much more obvious coming down Salisbury Rd

I know there are some signs, and flashing pelicans, but you can't actually see the black and white crossing as you come up from the roundabout. It's not great

Thank you. Ironically, it's currently more dangerous with plenty of people going to use it to get to the bus stops, but some cars stopping, some not.

@izzyknowles.bsky.social Hi Izzy. Just wondering if you know why the brand new pedestrian crossing at the bottom of Salisbury Rd still has barriers across it to stop it being used? All works seem to have finished, the lights are flashing, the new signage is up, but it's blocked for use.

I got the 15:25 flight from Belfast last month. Left bang on time and I was in New Street Station at 17:00. Nb - the Aer Lingus planes are very small and entrance is at the back, so always try and get a seat at the back of the plane for quick escape

Regular Aer Lingus flights from Belfast City to Brum, about an hour in the air, been reliable for me. Direct train from Birmingham International train station (it's part of the airport, but requires jumping on a free monorail) to New Street Station, then 35 minute train to Derby

Of course not. I'm mentally still waddling through 2020 and the time since then has been a nightmarish blur where I just try to get through each day without screaming so I'm going in with low expectations

The new Bunny book Fortunate Son is out now and we’ve received our 1st review - this from Diller the dog:
“I didn’t have nuts but now I do because this book is the dog’s bollocks - which is apparently a good thing. Tbh, seems like a weird compliment. I’m only here as I was promised chicken.”

It's really quite nice here (so far), and seems to work better than threads.
