For someone who is into anime but hasn't watched/read Captain Tsubasa, what would you recommend as a good place to start?

Video games gave us a feeling that we almost never got to have—A feeling of control.

And we finally got to feel what it was like to 𝘸𝘪𝘯.

I worked the original PlayStation, PlayStation 2, Dreamcast and Nintendo 64 launches.

Video gaming in the 90's was so weird. If games were not YELLING, there seemed to be games with an over the top gross-out aesthetic or violence and blood that screamed an adolescent idea of "maturity".

There are shows from the 80s that I've literally only seen maybe two to three episodes.

A long time ago I was in an anime club there were some shows/OAVs/movies I would not watch as folks around me wouldn't shut up about them. Now that I am a lot older I am going to finally watch them 25~30 years later.

It looks like I will have one hell of a backlog.

I came across an odd Blu-Ray disc while thrifting. DVE HD Basics which includes what seems like broadcast level calibration tools. It includes a filter with illuminant D65 measurements. I don't have a vectorscope, but maybe this is for pro use?

If anyone has information on this, please let me know!
