I’ve been quiet here and on social media, in survival mode since learning my cancer has metastasized. It’s painful & exhausting to see everyone else just going about their days.

And ya, there are the days where I feel I can beat this, but they are just as exhausting. 😓

Loved Phantasma!

The writing was just not doing it for me. The phrasing and word choices kept bringing me out of the story. Character development was a little flat as well. I liked the plot & the gauntlet scenes, but I won’t be reading the rest of this series.

Having cancer has taught me how to live in the present (or at least attempt to!)

As someone who LOVES to plan out my life for months and years in advance…I can’t do that any more.

Waiting for test results, appointments, etc - I am learning to live day by day, even minute by minute some days.

No guilt here - I give it some time but if I’m half way in and hating it - it’s done.

love this - definitely need to have some accountability
