I also only used websafe colors, and tried to stay as much to basic CSS as I could, to try to mirror the CSS that would have been available at the time. No flex use at all. And yet, the site is still pretty responsive 😂 🤷‍♀️

To get the aesthetic right, I browsed a bunch of sites from geocities.restorativland.org, which I highly recommend if you're feeling nostalgic and have some time.
