U.S. District Judge April Perry is still ruling and has not outlined the details of her order.

No outlet should take a thing DHS and especially Tricia McLaughlin say at face value. If a statement is included, it’s worth including a note that DHS has been found to be lying on multiple occasions. Media outlets have been getting better at this.
