Dems either have no plan and have resigned themselves to losing, or their only plan is to keep doing the same thing that can no longer be done the same way it used to.

You cannot just trust a system run by crooks. You HAVE to have a plan for when that system breaks down or is dismantled. Earlier I made fun of @jakevig.bsky.social (and will continue to do so cos lol at that sniveling cowardice) BECAUSE it's all just "WELL EVERYTHING IS FUCKED LET'S DIE NOW".

The people in control of the results of your lawsuits and laws and requests can and will deny you justice and information.

And more importantly, what the fuck are you gonna do when they deny you everything, cos they can, and will?

Dems are filing FOIAs, lawsuits, tossing around votes, yelling about how things are "illegal". Yeah all that is fuckin true and yeah we have these systems in place, but how the fuck can we trust that system when it's being run by the people trying to dismantle and obliviate it?

Whenever I see Dems arguing that we need to "trust the system to work" I always think of Queensryche's "Operation:Mindcrime", specifically the song "Revolution Calling". One line in the song's chorus stands out: "Who do you trust when everyone's a crook?"
