All photos of kids, their illustrations, friends' weddings, travel, everything. It's not in trash, it was done via terminal It's not in iCloud, it already synced the new file structure. She didn't have Time Machine. Disc recovery tools can't see anything. I called Apple and they pointed me to a feature in iCloud allowing to retrieve files that were saved before but are no longer on iCloud Drive (they keep them for 30 days). I'm now watching it load tens of thousands of files. I nearly had a heart attack.

This is great and all but why not direct CPD to arrest people who are committing crimes in front of police!? This order only says to document the crimes you see or are reported to you. So if you see ICE commit a crime you shouldn't arrest them???

This is something I've been having a hard time understanding. I get that we can't rely on the police to protect us but it just seems like the logical thing to do as a democratic governor. Use force to protect your people. Saying "Great job staying peaceful in your protest. Keep it up" isn't enough.

Why would anyone vote for the democrats at this point. They have consistently demonstrated they'll do nothing to stop ICE. The leader of the party thinks the problem is sanctuary cities not cooperating with ICE more. Does that sound like they want to abolish ICE and save us once they get power?
