update: attending avoided pronouns successfully except for right when he walked in and asked me "are you kirby th-" like he was going to ask me if i was Kirby They. good enough lmao

trying an experiment where i explicitly tell the (resident/fellow) that the (supervisor/attending) is sometimes bad at pronouns before they go bring them in the room, so they have time to mentally prep themselves before potentially needing to do a correction
